Hi caro32,
These are not service plates but are called tennis plates, snack plates or luncheon plates. They are missing the matching cups. It is very hard to date them with your pictures and not knowing if they have a maker's mark.
These sets were manufactured by several companies and also by Japan companies and some only had a paper label.
They have not much value without the cups.
