I do hope communication in English is aloud on this forum, i am writing from the Netherlands, hoping to find more information on Liette Dufour, as i acquired a painting of her. In the attachement you can see a picture and any information is welcome.

The painting seems to be made especially for a 'carte de noel'
The painting istself is oil on canvas measuring (in centimeters) height 27 and width ca 34. It is framed and the frame is captured in another frame (you'd better look at the attachement....)
There are two metal plates, one above the painting and one below the painting.
The top metal plate sais: "Carte de noel 1992" "Les mines selbaie".
The bottom plate reads: "giboulee sur l'harricana" "huile sur toile" "de liette dufour" "artiste peintre de joutel"
The painting itself is signed with "liette".
Sorry if this is not in the right section of the forum, my understanding of the French language is to little to do everything right....
